Q)… What is HGH?
HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is produced by the pituitary gland, which is located in the center of the brain. The ready availability of HGH within the body is vital to many health functions.
Q)……Why do we need more HGH than our bodies can produce?
Our levels of HGH begin to drop off at around 20 to 25 years of age and continue to drop for the rest of our lives. By the time we are past 40 our levels have often halved, and they can eventually fall by as much as 80%.
Q)…Does a drop in HGH levels really matter?
Researchers believe that our reduction in HGH levels directly relates to our increasing signs of aging and age-related health problems such as weight gain, muscle loss, wrinkles, loss of sexual libido, slow recovery from illness or injury, weakened immune system, poor sleep etc…
It is now generally accepted that in order to offset ever-increasing signs of age and age-related illnesses, we need to boost our levels of Human Growth Hormones back to our earlier (younger) levels. Many anti agingexperts now believe that this is the key to regaining our lost youth and vitality.
Q)…So what are the Options for raising HGH levels?
There are three main options available to us:
1 - HGH Injections.
2 - HGH Sprays / Human Growth Hormone Oral Sprays
3 - Boosting the body's HGH levels naturally using HGH herbal supplements.
Q)…What are the Pros and Cons for Each Option?
1 - HGH Injection -
HGH Injections DO work according to most recent studies. The main drawback in this method of increasing HGH production is the high HGH cost. Two or three HGH injections every day costing more than $50 each is a lot, and since you are not treating a disease, medical insurance just won't cover it. Additionally, the injectable form of HGH is synthetic and the jury is still out as to whether the body will tolerate its long term use.
2 - HGH oral sprays
With oral sprays, synthetic HGH is again used, and some experts now claim that the relatively large size of the HGH molecule prevents easy absorption, and that some of the necessary binders and fillers used are dangerous. Oh! And it tastes awful too! However it has to be said that may users are claiming very good results!
3 - HGH Releasers (HGH Herbal Supplements)
Recent studies indicate that some (but by no means all) HGH Releasers are very effective, in some cases rivaling the performance and effects of far more costly HGH injections. Being natural, it is reckoned to be far safer and less likely to promote side effects, as well as being much cheaper and much simpler. An HGH Releaser pill is taken at bedtime, when it is most effective.
A Herbal HGH Pill contains no HGH, its action is to stimulate the pituitary gland to release more HGH of its own - hence the hgh releaser tag. And being entirely natural, it requires no prescription!
