We take the utmost care to ensure that our product descriptions and prices are accurate, but we cannot accept liability for inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we retain the right to decline orders without explanation.

All products are priced and sold in US dollars ($US) or pounds sterling (£) / (GBP) unless otherwise stated. To assist you we will usually show prices in US Dollars and GB Pounds, although these figures may not convert exactly at that day's exchange rate, this will be especially so where prices include delivery and this has been edded in to the price shown.  Our card clearers will always process the order at the US dollar price, and then this figure will be converted to your own card-currency and appear on your credit card statement in that currency. We will always endeavour to keep the site up to date with regard to exchange rates, and to reflect current exchange rates, but we cannot be held responsible for short-term rate shifts which happen on a minute-by-minute basis.

You may order online using a credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo and Delta). Your card will be processed by one of the world's premier card clearers: Paypal, your guarantee of a secure, safe and trouble-free transaction.  When paying by card directly from our web site, we never, at any time, have access to your credit card or bank account details.

We will not despatch goods until cheques are cleared - approx 7 to 10 days.

All credit cards will be cleared in the name of our holding company:- Maddison Holdings or C T Maddison, and this is the entry you will find on your credit card statements.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated depending on destination and is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU our prices exclude VAT.

Overseas orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duties which are NOT included in our prices..

We use 1ShoppingCart to manage our product database and shopping cart, they are  directly linked to Paypal who clear your payments.  Your shopping cart displays your purchases.

If you have ordered a downloadable product (e-book, software, audio or video file etc…) as soon as your payment is cleared you will be directed to a download page where you will immediately be able to download your purchase.

Hard products which are in stock will normally be despatched within 24 hours, and well within the statutory limit of 28 working days. We will notify you if goods are not able to be despatched within this period. Delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. Additional time should be allowed where payment is made by cheque, as we will not despatch until the check is cleared.

Goods are despatched by Royal Mail, Air Parcel or by International Carrier in a well-sealed unmarked package, We always obtain a certificate of despatch.

If you receive a delivery with exterior damage or that has been opened, you must file an immediate claim with the carrier. Your carrier will usually issue a claim number, please report this to us as soon as possible and retain all packaging for inspection by the carrier or his insurers. It is insufficient to sign delivery notes as "unexamined".

All goods are inspected before packing and despatch to ensure that they are in perfect condition. Concealed or hidden faults or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or claims cannot be entertained.

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of placing it or 7 days of receipt. To exercise this right, send a clearly written letter of cancellation to us at:

to arrive within 14 days of your original order. Any goods already received by you must be returned to us in the same condition as they were despatched, your payment will be refunded upon their safe return. (See below - "Delivery" and "Returns / Warranties" for additional details). Please note that the above address is NOT a shop or warehouse, but an administrative address only.

If you wish to returning an item because of an error by us or because your product is faulty, we are happy to refund reasonable return delivery costs, but these must be pre-agreed by emailing us (email address above). In all other circumstances, you will be solely responsible for return charges and any other service charges involved in your original order (e.g. gift wrapping, postage and packing).

Nor can we accept the return of security-sealed items such as cds, videos or DVDs where the seal is no longer intact. Refunds cannot be made for returned goods not in resaleable condition. Nor can we accept goods manufactured to a customer's own personal specification.

Note: Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy

To reject/return a downloaded software or digital item, please email us at returns@healthneoco.uk stating the reason for your return/rejection of the item, the date of purchase and the method of payment. We will then email back to you within 24 hours telling you how to proceed.

Where we have acted solely as an "affiliate agent" and effectively "introduced" you to another site where you have purchased an item, your contract is entirely with the owners of that site and you will need to contact them to make arrangements for any return and refund.

If you wish to return a "hard" item, email us at returns(at)healthneo.com stating the reason for your return/rejection of the item, the date of purchase and the method of payment. We will then email back to you within 24 hours telling you the arrangements we have made and where to send the returned items.

When returning an item, please include clear details of the reason for the return together with your name and address and contact details (email and/or phone). For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Any refund will be in the form in which the original purchase was made i.e. if you used a credit card, you will only be re-imbursed by credit card.

It is your responsibility to take care of goods prior to their return, and they must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including all packaging, manuals, documentation, batteries etc.
